Dallas - One of the main characters drove an x1/9.

Grievous Bodily Harm - Australian film with a Met Blue 1300cc x1/9.

Shaft - White x1/9 in a car park.

Cheech & Chong Up in Smoke - The scene is after the point where they have gone to Mexico, picked up the van made of pot. The camera pans across an intersection as one of the main characters is crossing the street, and you get a good look at a brand-new-looking white x1/9 just sitting there in traffic waiting for the light to change
